Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

At Atrium Hospitality, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the Little Rock Embassy Suites. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading the front desk team, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest in our guests
  • Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established
  • Conduct pre-assignment of hotel rooms, which includes VIPS, repeat guests, all packages, and any special requests
  • Help to resolve problems through recovery when things aren't quite right
  • Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems and coach and counsel the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation
  • Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures
  • Works closely with the Maintenance and Housekeeping teams to communicate and coordinate the day
Requirements:
  • Previous hotel front desk experience is a must, supervisory skills training or experience is preferred
  • Customer service is our top priority, consistently being awarded JD Powers Customer service awards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate with an outgoing and engaging personality
  • Ability to pick up computer skills easily and work in a Property Management System
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
  • Flexibility with respect to working days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
