Our Multnomah Crisis and Treatment Center (CATC) is a secure 16-bed, 24/7 program designed to offer short-term crisis support for adults facing persistent and serious mental health challenges.


As a Team Lead in this entry-level management role, you will work under the direct supervision of the Clinical Director/Administrator, overseeing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating service needs, and collaborating with various services and agencies.

This position will involve both CATC and AOC responsibilities on a rotational basis with the Leadership team.


Work Schedule:
Full-time 0.8 role over four days

Available Shifts:
DAYS Shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm); Friday and Saturday

Swing Shift (3 pm - 11:30 pm); Sunday and Monday

Compensation:
Expected starting wage range is $43.21. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges.

The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed.

Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Qualifications (Must Have):

o Master's Degree and one (1) year of experience in a mental health setting

o Registration with the state of Oregon as a QMHP is required

o One (1) year of supervisory experience is necessary.

o Must be or be eligible to be certified as a QMHP in the state of Oregon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist program leadership in implementing and overseeing clinical services and standards of care for clients, along with administrative needs of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Collaborate closely with program leadership to maintain communication with community partners and local systems of care serving our clients.
  • Oversee documentation by clinical staff and work with program leadership to assist with audits of Clinical Charts to ensure compliance with State and County Requirements.
  • Support New Hire Orientation and ongoing training and mentorship for all clinical staff.
  • Participate in recruitment, screening, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and terminations of clinical staff.
