Our Multnomah Crisis and Treatment Center (CATC) is a 16-bed, 24/7 program designed to offer secure short-term crisis intervention for adults facing persistent and serious mental health challenges.


In this entry-level management role, under the direct supervision of the Clinical Director/Administrator, the Clinical Team Supervisor will oversee multidisciplinary teams, coordinate service requirements, and collaborate with various services and agencies.

This position is responsible for delivering the appropriate level of services for new clients as outlined in the essential functions.

Work Schedule:
Full-time 0.8 role over the following 4 days

DAYS Shift: (7:00 am - 3:30 pm); Friday and Saturday
Swing Shift: (3 pm - 11:30 pm); Sunday and Monday

The expected starting wage range is $43.21. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges.

The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed.

Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Qualifications (Must Have):

• Master's Degree and one (1) year of experience in a mental health setting

• Must be registered with the state of Oregon as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)

• One (1) year of supervisory experience required.

• Must be or be eligible to be certified as a QMHP in the state of Oregon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist program leadership in implementing and overseeing clinical services and standards of care for clients, along with the administrative needs of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Collaborate closely with program leadership to maintain communication with community partners and local systems of care serving our clients.
  • Oversee documentation by clinical staff and assist program leadership with audits of clinical charts to ensure compliance with State and County requirements.
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation and ongoing training and mentorship for all clinical staff.
  • Support recruitment, screening, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and terminations of all clinical staff.
