Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and image laptops and desktops for distribution to clients.
  • Provide hardware, software, and network problem diagnosis and resolution via phone, email, or remote support.
  • Route complex issues to internal 2nd and 3rd level IT support staff.
  • Coordinate with vendors and support staff to resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Manage user account provisioning and document problems and resolutions using our ticketing system.
