Job Title: Senior Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Gonzer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has exceptional communication skills.

About the Role

The Senior Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clerical and administrative tasks, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask with ease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages, and ensure timely follow-up on requests and issues.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required by management.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements using Microsoft Outlook or Teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including managers, staff, and departments.
  • Update project status reports and track progress on ongoing initiatives.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes as required.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, mail distribution, and photocopying, as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and four years of progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
