Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordination Specialist to join our Client Services team at Discovery Life Sciences LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

About the Role:
- Facilitate meetings between customers and internal teams to drive cross-functional communication and project execution.
- Track and monitor key milestones and decision points to drive delivery of project objectives.
- Generate and ensure the quality of product inventory reports and other customer-facing reports as needed.
- Identify trends in orders to offer suggestions for improving the customer experience.

Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum BS/BA degree in a related field, such as biotechnology, molecular/cell biology, or operations management.
- Excellent communication skills, customer relations, and problem-solving capabilities.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
