About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Biopharmaceutical Project Coordinator, specializing in Biologics Bioanalysis, to join our team at Pharmaron Boston Lab Services.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving project success by ensuring clear communication, accurate data management, and high standards across departments, including Accounting, Business Development, and our Biologics Bioanalysis research team. This includes overseeing project data management, creating customer web accounts, and issuing critical deliverables to support efficient, high-quality project execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer web accounts, including setting up accounts for new customers.
  • Issue reports and deliverables to customers via their web accounts.
  • Enter and maintain accurate project information in NetSuite and Salesforce.
  • Prepare revenue projections and document project meeting notes weekly.
  • Ensure data accuracy in NetSuite for accounting and project management.
  • Lead project update meetings, following up with Business Operations Managers, Scientific Operations Managers, and Principal Investigators.
  • Provide management updates on metrics, revenue projections, and new signoffs.
  • Communicate with Study Directors, Project Managers, and/or sponsors to address issues related to sample receipt, disposal, or return.
  • Assist with invoice fulfillment events.
  • Perform other duties as directed by management.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in the Life Sciences or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in CRM data entry and management (i.e., NetSuite and SalesForce).
  • A scientific background is essential. Working knowledge of immunoassay development, molecular biology, immunology, pharmacokinetics, and/or toxicology is desirable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and manage several tasks simultaneously in alignment with department, site, and company priorities with minimal supervision.

$60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on location and experience.
