We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects from start-up through closeout, ensuring effective resource allocation, and managing budgets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage resources by planning, scheduling, and forecasting manpower and resource requirements.
- Coordinate projects in accordance with contract documents and scope, resolving any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Schedule meetings with Superintendents to review plans and specifications prior to commencing the job.
- Review change orders and estimates for accuracy, approve submittals, and ensure projects are completed to client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Working knowledge of Planswift or similar estimating software programs.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software used in the construction industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
