We're seeking a skilled Scientific Project Coordinator to join our team at Pharmaron Boston Lab Services. As a key member of our Biologics Bioanalysis research team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving project success by ensuring clear communication, accurate data management, and high standards across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer web accounts, including setting up accounts for new customers, and issue reports and deliverables via their web accounts.
  • Enter and maintain accurate project information in NetSuite and Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy for accounting and project management.
  • Prepare revenue projections and document project meeting notes weekly, providing management updates on metrics, revenue projections, and new signoffs.
  • Lead project update meetings with Business Operations Managers, Scientific Operations Managers, and Principal Investigators, communicating with Study Directors, Project Managers, and/or sponsors to address issues related to sample receipt, disposal, or return.
  • Assist with invoice fulfillment events and perform other duties as directed by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in the Life Sciences, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in CRM data entry and management, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Scientific background is a must, with working knowledge of immunoassay development, molecular biology, immunology, pharmacokinetics, and/or toxicology being a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail, and ability to prioritize, plan, and manage several tasks simultaneously in alignment with department, site, and company priorities.
