Public Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Health Nurse to join our team at the Colville Tribes. As a Public Health Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive health services to our community.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct health assessments and provide counseling, teaching, and follow-up services to individuals and communities.
- Develop and implement health education programs to promote healthy behaviors and prevent disease.
- Collaborate with community partners to identify health needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Provide administrative and management support to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and participate in quality assurance and evaluation activities.
- Master's degree in nursing or a related field, or a BSN degree with relevant experience.
- Current Washington State license as a Registered Nurse.
- Valid State Driver's License and eligibility for Tribal vehicle insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of comprehensive health programs, community health nursing principles, and administrative and management concepts.
