We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Public Policy Coordinator to join our North America Public Policy and Government Affairs team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our executives and members, as well as Congressional staff.
Key Responsibilities- Event Support: Assist with events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage the day-to-day operations of our DC office, including co-managing the office with other DC-based administrators.
- Product Management: Oversee the management of products for Federal and Corporate Citizenship and DC-based events, working closely with events organizers, contractors, and internal/external product suppliers.
- Financial Management: Support the PAC manager with processing political contributions, invoicing in SAP, and tracking spreadsheets.
- Administrative Experience: A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, with a strong background in Microsoft Office software, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Research and Writing: Experience with completing basic research assignments and writing/editing skills.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in SAP and other software systems, with the ability to quickly learn in-house software applications.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management and work effectively in a team environment.
- Problem-Solving and Time Management: Results-oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner with little supervision, handling multiple priorities and making clear and timely decisions.
- Competitive Compensation: The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,700 - $83,550 based on a full-time schedule.
- Benefits Package: A comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, vacation, sick, and bereavement leave, as well as medical, dental, vision, disability, and health and dependent care reimbursement accounts.
