Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide technical support for our customers. This role requires excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and coordinate with internal teams. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our extensive portfolio of Eyecare equipment, examination lanes, and remote telehealth network platforms.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers through installations, repairs, and maintenance of Eyecare equipment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and improve network infrastructures.
  • Manage field inventory, tools, and test equipment.
  • Prepare and submit field service documentation in a timely manner.
