Job Overview

At Texas Children's Hospital, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our leadership team. Key Responsibilities

  • Composing correspondence, memos, and reports in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and making travel arrangements
  • Providing reception relief and answering phones in a courteous and professional manner
  • Interface with all employees to maintain a congenial work atmosphere and excellent relationships with departments throughout the hospital
  • Performing a variety of administrative tasks, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, and arranging travel

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 5 years of secretarial experience preferred
  • Medical and college background a plus
