Key Responsibilities

  • Manage infrastructure for applications, servers, and 24/7 network operations
  • Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to facilitate daily operations
  • Tackle complex challenges to ensure high levels of uptime and availability
  • Develop systems to proactively identify and address issues that may lead to customer downtime
  • Monitor conditions and recommend improvements to enhance the stability, performance, and security of a large-scale multi-tenant Linux and Windows environment
  • Guide and implement infrastructure technologies to adapt to evolving needs
  • Provide on-call support for critical incidents
  • Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues and clients
