Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Registration Associate to join our team at URM Medicine | Highland Hospital. As a Patient Registration Associate, you will be responsible for processing patient information for visits, including reception, registration, charge capture and charge entry, appointment scheduling, medical records management, and telephone management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process patient information for visits, including demographic and insurance data
- Verify patient identity and ensure accurate registration
- Manage medical records and maintain confidentiality
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in patient registration or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
