About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Director to join our team at Adobe Inc. in San Francisco/San Jose. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business results through comprehensive marketing strategies, aligning with overall business objectives and target audience preferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with product and PMM teams to develop marketing strategies, including market share assessment, target audience definition, growth levers, and distribution strategies.
- Define compelling messaging for new features, highlighting key benefits and value propositions to resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create high-quality marketing collateral, including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, and case studies.
- Cultivate relationships with key customers to gather testimonials and user-generated content, leveraging their experiences to drive feature adoption.
- Develop deep knowledge of the Acrobat business, generative models, and market trends, and be the expert in customer needs and landscape.
- Define critical metrics for measuring success across product marketing activities.
- Drive strategic updates and discussions with senior executives.
- Lead a cross-functional team to deliver on key success factors across all aspects of the GTM Strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product marketing, with a focus on feature promotion and adoption.
- Strong EQ, influencing skills, and leadership ability, ideally including experience driving consensus in matrixed organizations.
- Self-starter and proactive leader with 15+ years of building highly effective teams.
- Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.
- Strategic problem solver who can identify and set short and long-term strategic priorities.
- Relentless focus on customer experience.
