Product Marketing Director, Acrobat AI

At Adobe, we're on a mission to revolutionize the world of documents and productivity through the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI). We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Marketing Director to join our team and drive the success of Adobe Acrobat, our flagship product.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness and adoption of new features and innovations in Acrobat.
- Partner closely with product and PMM teams to define compelling and differentiated messaging for each new feature, highlighting key benefits and value propositions to resonate with target audiences.
- Cultivate relationships with key customers to gather testimonials, case studies, and user-generated content, leveraging their experiences to drive feature adoption among prospects.
- Develop deep knowledge of the Acrobat business, generative models, differentiated capabilities, content quality, and supported content types, as well as market trends, customer needs, landscape, and market growth drivers in the Gen AI space.
- Define the critical metrics for measuring success across Acrobat product marketing activities.
- Drive strategic updates and discussions with senior executives.
- Lead a cross-functional team to deliver on key success factors across all aspects of the GTM Strategy.
- Lead a growing team of product marketing leaders, coaching them to drive impact.
- Act as a change agent, guiding teams forward in a rapidly evolving environment.
- 15+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on feature promotion and adoption.
- Proven experience in driving business results in collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams.
- Strong EQ, influencing skills, and leadership ability, ideally including experience driving consensus in matrixed organizations.
- Self-starter and proactive leader with a strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.
- Strategic problem solver who can identify and set short and long-term strategic priorities.
- A drive to constantly optimize and improve, combined with a relentless focus on customer experience.
- "Owner-operator" working style.
- Proven success influencing peers across product management, engineering, corporate marketing, and regional leaders.
- A competitive salary range of $136,600 -- $297,600 annually, based on location and experience.
