Culinary Team Member

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at Dave & Buster's. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to meet our high standards of quality and presentation. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared and served on time.
- Follow proper food handling and preparation procedures to ensure food safety.
- Participate in menu planning and preparation, as needed.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies, as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working Conditions:
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with frequent exposure to heat, noise, and physical activity. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
