Share your enthusiasm for fitness by guiding new members as they embark on their wellness journeys.
Utilize your interpersonal skills to build authentic connections, understand individual needs, and recommend tailored solutions.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Establishing personal relationships with members, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and connecting both members and guests with the right resources. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept gym environment.
Providing an exceptional sales and service experience for all visitors by ensuring a welcoming, informative, and inclusive atmosphere that inspires them to take positive steps towards their fitness goals.
Facilitating a remarkable onboarding experience for new members, ensuring they feel connected to our fitness offerings. As the first point of contact, your friendly greeting and prompt assistance will significantly enhance their sense of belonging.

Minimal travel may be necessary for training and lead generation purposes.
