We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Senior Living Recruiting Specialist. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting a positive living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care in a manner conducive to safety and comfort, including assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and obtaining and recording Vital Signs and weights.
  • Assist patients with ambulation and transfers, position patients in correct body alignment, and apply adaptive equipment as ordered.
  • Participate in the care planning process, implement care according to care plan, and promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other departments to provide timely and effective care consistent with individual's needs, choices, and preferences.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive Protected Health Information (PHI).

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
  • A minimum of a high school education or high school equivalency diploma is preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors at the work site.
  • Must provide verification of vaccinations as mandated by federal, state, or local regulations.
