Job Summary

Guidehouse is seeking a skilled Lead Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our engagement team, you will work closely with community partners to design and deliver discussion-based events that foster meaningful dialogue and inform future public engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and adapt facilitation materials, including slide presentations, videos, and guides, to suit community needs.
  • Recruit and train facilitators to lead table discussions, ensuring a safe and productive conversation environment.
  • Coordinate question and answer protocols, and arrange logistics for engagement events.
  • Develop and adapt training materials for facilitators on good engagement practices and facilitation guides.
  • Lead engagement events, guiding table facilitators and participants through discussions, and ensuring timely distribution of engagement materials.
  • Collect and secure outputs from participants and facilitators, and assist in event logistics as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 3-10 years of relevant industry or consulting experience, or Master's degree and 10 years of experience.
  • Outstanding facilitation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to handle challenging discussions.
  • Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and ability to synthesize key points in a discussion.
  • US Citizenship, ability to travel as needed, and must currently reside in the USA.
