Hiring a Property Manager
We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team at Sea Mar Community Health Centers. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Beacon Hill properties in Seattle, WA. This includes managing staff, approving payroll, communicating with senior management, and responding to tenant inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in property management. Maintenance experience is a plus. A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance are required. Bilingual skills in English/Spanish are highly valued.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $27-$33.65 and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Paid time-off starts at 24 days per year, and we also offer 10 paid holidays. Additionally, you'll have access to 401(k)/Retirement options.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Oversight of property maintenance and upkeep.
  2. Management of staff and payroll approval.
  3. Communication with Senior Management and responding to tenant inquiries.
  4. Emergency response and conflict resolution.

Education and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in property management preferred.
  • Maintenance experience a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance required.
  • Bilingual skills in English/Spanish highly valued.
