We are currently seeking a highly skilled Residential Property Manager Lead to join our team in this exciting role.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $27-$32 per hour, with opportunities for performance incentives and professional growth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of property management principles and practices.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals
  • Providing intensive, professional customer service to prospective and current residents
  • Welcoming and assisting current and prospective residents with their needs
  • Preparing lease and lease renewal documentation
  • Assisting in coordinating resident/community events and gatherings
  • Managing routine administrative tasks and correspondence

Desired qualifications include prior experience in affordable housing/LIHTC multi-family property management, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to exercise quick and accurate judgement.
