Senior Tax Analyst

At Biogen, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, Tax to join our dynamic tax department. This role will be responsible for assisting with U.S. international tax compliance, including preparation of the international reporting components of the Company's federal income tax return.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of corporate tax experience in public accounting or industry, with a strong background in US International tax compliance (i.e. Forms 5471, 8858, 8992) and ASC740 (or equivalent) and U.S. international tax calculations including E&P and GILTI.
The Senior Analyst, Tax will also be responsible for quarterly global ASC 740 income tax provision preparation and support, including coordination and timely collection of data requests, calculation of tax provision for foreign subsidiaries, and reconciliation of tax accounts.
Additionally, the role will involve assisting with withholding tax matters, including preparation of required forms and related payments, as well as maintenance of U.S. residency certifications.
The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with strong organization and communication skills, proficient with tax compliance software, online research tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
