Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to join our team at Tru-Scapes Lighting. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the outdoor living and lighting industry, with excellent communication and public speaking skills.
As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and fostering relationships with our current customer base. You will also represent the company at trade shows and industry events, showcasing our products and networking with industry professionals.
To succeed in this role, you should have 1-2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the outdoor lighting, hardscape, landscape, or decking industry. A solid understanding of the landscape/hardscape and outdoor living sectors, including trends and industry changes, is essential. Additionally, you should be proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and be able to craft and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. The travel requirement is up to 75% of the time, with a Monday to Friday schedule.
