Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sales Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify potential clients and build relationships to drive repeat business
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the hotel's features and services
• Develop customized proposals and packages based on client needs and preferences
• Negotiate rates and contracts with clients to secure bookings
• Promote and sell event spaces for conferences, weddings, and other gatherings
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor offerings to identify potential opportunities for the hotel
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in sales and customer service
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
