About the Role

Cornestone Building Brands is seeking a talented Territory Sales Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. You will also be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, as well as identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the building products industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, including revenue growth and team leadership
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Salary and Benefits
  • Competitive salary: $125,000 - $135,000 per year
