Job Description

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Database Performance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success Services organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing expert database performance engineering services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide reactive engagements for Oracle OMCS applications customers utilizing Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Work directly with customers to identify and resolve database performance issues.
  • Collaborate with Oracle lines of business to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior management across lines of business and third parties.
  • Plan and deploy support activities to ensure effective delivery of a partnership with the customer.
  • Advise customers on database performance topics and provide solutions.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in database administration, support, or development.
  • Cloud technical knowledge.
  • Experience in a Service Delivery environment.
  • Self-starter with ability to work autonomously and independently.
  • Previous experience with Oracle solutions preferred.
