Client Service Representative for Personal Lines

Position Overview:

The role of the Personal Lines Client Service Representative II involves managing a designated portfolio of clients, focusing on both renewal and new business opportunities. This position is integral to ensuring client satisfaction and effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Address inquiries from insured clients and potential clients.

2. Facilitate collections for assigned accounts, including communication with clients regarding payment issues.

3. Complete necessary applications and assess risks for both new and renewal business.

4. Organize and maintain client files, ensuring all information is current and accurate.

5. Process changes, endorsements, and cancellations as required.

6. Prepare and deliver policies and endorsements to clients.

7. Identify coverage gaps and solicit additional coverage options for clients.

8. Maintain a list of account expirations and follow up as necessary.

9. Invoice clients for all assigned accounts.

10. Document and report claims, ensuring proper record-keeping.

11. Update and manage prospect lists, including new and canceled accounts.

12. Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records.

Required Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. A minimum of five years of experience in the insurance industry or related fields.

3. Possession of relevant insurance licenses.

4. Proficiency in standard computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.

5. Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.

Desired Skills:

1. Familiarity with Insurance Services Automation systems.
