Your Role

As the Lead Manager of Therapist Engagement, you will be an integral part of our Platform Services team, focusing on shaping and managing our brand presence within the therapist community. We seek a marketing expert who is passionate about community building, social media, and creating impactful branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and branding strategies to elevate BetterHelp's visibility among therapists.
  • Foster relationships with therapist communities through our brand ambassadors.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, articles, social media, and webinars.
  • Organize community events and webinars to enhance engagement and awareness.
  • Collaborate with team members to devise marketing strategies utilizing influencers and partners to attract therapists.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in crafting and managing branding campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in community engagement initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Bonus: Licensed mental health professional with experience in public speaking at conferences and events.
