Product Management Group Lead

The QuickBooks Live team is on a mission to transform the expert service industry serving small businesses, with an ambition to build the world's most powerful Expert AI-powered Platform. We're seeking an exceptional Group Product Manager who has experience in building 0 to 1 products and services, leading high-performing cross-functional teams, and consistently showing a bias for action, all while delighting our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted service offering focused on increasing customer confidence in using QuickBooks to complete key jobs to be done with expert help.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, Marketing, Service Delivery, and Operations, as well as other QuickBooks teams, to craft and deliver a delightful do-it-with-me QuickBooks experience for Small Businesses working with an Expert.
- Develop deep customer empathy through immersion in customer research and transform insights into a roadmap of innovative solutions that address key customer pain points and drive business outcomes.
- Foster strong cross-functional partnership to align offering strategies with broader business objectives and provide balanced leadership in the face of uncertainty, change, and aggressive deadlines common to a rapidly growing company with an evolving business model.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficacy of offering initiatives and report on business performance, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- 8+ years in product management with a proven track record of launching and scaling innovative products or services, ideally in technology-driven, AI-powered service environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive transformation change, with experience in managing high-performing, engaged product teams.
- Passionate about understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable product strategies, with a track record of delivering customer-backed solutions.
- Strong operational acumen with the ability to implement processes that drive efficiency and scale, with experience in navigating high levels of ambiguity and visibility.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, platform requirements, and the ability to work closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
