We are seeking a skilled Demand Generation Manager for a remote opportunity with Grazitti Interactive Inc. This full-time position focuses on enhancing marketing initiatives aimed at driving demand and supporting growth strategies.

As a Demand Generation Manager, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate all marketing activities related to demand generation, sales enablement, brand visibility, and pipeline enhancement. This role demands a robust understanding of digital marketing and automation, particularly in lead generation, scoring, and nurturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve substantial year-over-year growth in qualified leads and pipeline through the development and testing of emails, campaigns, and web forms.
  • Engage regularly with sales operations, sales, and customer teams to evaluate responses to marketing initiatives and enhance engagement strategies for unresponsive audiences.
  • Create repeatable and self-service reporting mechanisms for the marketing team to assess performance across various metrics, uncovering insights from the data.
  • Refine existing lead/account workflows and establish new ones to meet evolving business needs.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns, including campaign flows, email creation, dynamic content development, landing page creation, and lead scoring.
  • Ensure comprehensive lead nurturing by automating campaigns targeting specific personas and audiences, delivering timely and relevant content to foster relationships with potential buyers.
  • Maintain and enhance lead/account scoring systems to accurately identify leads/accounts in the buying cycle for effective segmentation and nurturing.
  • Utilize A/B testing to optimize email and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Oversee Marketing Operations and align with BDR on lead lifecycle and quality SLAs for MQLs.
  • Develop target personas and segmentation strategies to refine marketing approaches.
  • Establish processes to monitor and enhance marketing database health.
  • Track database performance metrics and implement best practices for optimizing results and data maintenance.
  • Set up quality assurance processes for all marketing programs to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.
  • Integrate and manage new marketing tools to boost the efficiency and quality of leads for the marketing team.
  • Identify and implement new processes that empower marketers to enhance their daily operations.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and IT.
  • Explore opportunities to leverage automation for improved marketing effectiveness.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, or Pardot.
  • Hands-on experience in managing targeted email campaigns and social media initiatives.
  • Understanding of account-based marketing best practices.
  • Experience in database management and segmentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SQL.
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is preferred.
  • Front-end development skills, including AJAX and other JavaScript frameworks, are a plus.
  • Experience with CRM integrations, including Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a marketing strategy role.
