At Realtime Technologies, we're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales within an assigned geographic territory, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit client locations in your territory regularly to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Proactively sell new products to authorized agents to increase revenues and drive growth.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Travel to remote areas of the territory as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
  • Utilize strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to close deals and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Assist the finance team with agent collection efforts and provide support as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and adapt to changes in the sales landscape.
  • Document all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Preferred background in the wireless industry or other monthly billed service providers.
  • Demonstrate strong persuasion, influence, and negotiation skills with high business acumen.
  • Ability to work independently, juggle multiple tasks, and exhibit sound judgment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility to learn new products and assist during product launches.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this role.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
