Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to execute established business growth strategies and objectives to drive volume through new and existing customers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new revenue sales, increasing existing customer base profit, and creating and following weekly sales routes/plans to maximize district efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and acquire new business in underserved zip codes through in-person sales to SMB local businesses.
  • Deliver product presentations by demonstrating our industry-leading suite of products and money transfer services.
  • Improve current Agent relationships by exceeding expectations about regular sales calls, quarterly business reviews, and presenting solutions.
  • Proactively manage all prospect data in CRM.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to leverage cross-selling opportunities and maximize product offering and profit.
  • Meet and exceed lagging key performance indicators, sales call activity, wire sales targets, agent activation targets, and gross margin sales targets.
Requirements
  • Bilingual Spanish is a must.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven B2B, SMB territory sales experience.
  • Experience with retail network supermarkets and/or Money Transfer trade is highly preferred.
  • Multicultural Experience is a must, with a preference for Mexico and Guatemala.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have your own vehicle and car insurance.
  • Travel 90% of the time.
