Sales Account Executive

P1 Service, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Executive to join our team in the Kansas City Metro area. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling HVAC Service Agreements to commercial buildings in a predetermined territory, focusing on hospitals, healthcare, manufacturing, data centers, education, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and consultative selling to identify and contact qualified leads
- Developing and sustaining a continuous prospecting process to match P1 capabilities to customer needs
- Writing proposals, making sales presentations, and closing sales contracts
- Managing prospect and customer relations throughout the sales cycle
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of sales experience
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Must live in the general area of the specified sales territory
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated record of success in selling services or other intangible offerings
- Self-disciplined, results-driven, and accustomed to consistent high performance
