Job Title: Reliability Expert for Avionics Systems

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Expert for Avionics Systems to join our team at SpaceX. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing reliability engineering strategies and processes to ensure the highest levels of reliability and quality in our avionics systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement reliability engineering strategies and processes to meet business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize reliability improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate reliability of avionics systems.
  • Analyze failure data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure high-quality components and materials.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Reliability Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, package, and/or PCBA reliability.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
