About the Role

The Assistant Director of Finance will be responsible for leading core finance operations, acting decisively on financial information, preparing accurate financial reports, aiding in the preparation of forecasts and annual budgets, training and guiding the accounting team members, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining confidentiality with all financial information.

  • Lead and manage core finance operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other financial functions.">
  • Analyze financial data to make informed decisions and prepare accurate financial reports.">
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies and plans.">
  • Provide guidance and training to accounting team members to ensure their understanding of financial procedures and policies.">
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory requirements regarding financial information.">

Requirements

To succeed as the Assistant Director of Finance, you must possess a college degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of hotel accounting experience, two of which have been in a management role, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
