Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office
- Ensure customers are routed to the right team
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate front office activities and support our Customer Experience teams as needed
- High school degree or equivalent
- Proven work experience as a Front Desk Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Certification in Office Management
