- Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests.
- Upsell additional services and amenities to guests, as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
- Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent or similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
