Key Responsibilities:- Lead by example, demonstrating outstanding customer service skills and promoting a positive internal and external customer experience
- Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles, including personalizing the customer experience and promoting loyalty programs
- Assign registers, support and respond to POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for all Associates
- Address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Communicate effectively with management and Associates, setting and addressing priorities, and providing progress updates
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Strong understanding of merchandising techniques and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors

This position has a starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
