We're seeking a General Manager to lead our Independent Living community, Conservatory at North Austin, and drive high-end hospitality and operations excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating and managing the community in accordance with our standards and guidelines, as well as federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Communicating and modeling a customer-focused vision, based on a resident-centered model of care.
  • Identifying and building relationships within the local area to drive business growth and maximize top-line revenue.
  • Developing and implementing an effective external business development strategy, with clear accountabilities and results-driven metrics.
  • Ensuring compliance with state regulations, policies, and procedures, and maintaining accurate resident administrative files.
  • Meeting financial targets and maximizing capital partners' return, while managing key operating costs and preparing and submitting monthly expenses and budget data.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of managerial experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality, with a proven track record of success in managing operating expenses.
  • Previous management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, and discipline.
