What Will Your Responsibilities Include?

The Fire Alarm Project Leader is responsible for overseeing fire alarm installation initiatives, ensuring timely completion, adherence to project scope, and budget compliance. This position demands extensive experience in managing a diverse portfolio of projects at various phases, from inception to completion, alongside strong leadership, organizational, and communication capabilities. The Project Leader will liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams, conducting site visits to assess progress, quality, and timelines.

Qualifications:

Experience: 5-7 years in fire alarm project leadership with a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Certifications: NICET Level II in Fire Alarm Systems; PMP or equivalent project management certification is advantageous.

Skills: Profound knowledge of fire alarm systems, codes, and regulations; outstanding organizational and multitasking skills; exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities; capacity to perform under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.

Background Verification: Must successfully complete a background check with no DUI or domestic violence records, as some responsibilities may involve Federal Property and Military Reservations.

Driver's License: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
