LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - Wayman Tisdale Clinic

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at OU Health Physicians Wayman Tisdale Clinic in Tulsa. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Prepare patients for examination by having charts ready and taking vital signs.
- Collect and record patient data, including laboratory reports and medical histories.
- Administer medications and perform various nursing procedures as directed by physicians or other medical personnel.
- Schedule surgeries and arrange for preoperative laboratory studies.
- Perform other duties as needed to ensure the successful fulfillment of the position.
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse license issued by the State of Oklahoma.
- Proficient nursing skills and typing abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to follow patient safety and confidentiality guidelines.
The successful candidate will work in an outpatient medical environment with exposure dependent on assignment. The position requires mobility, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
