## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Meadowlake Estates in Oklahoma City, OK. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our residents.
## Responsibilities
* Maintain nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices consistent with licensure requirements and the Nurse Practice Act.
* Evaluate staffing pattern needed to meet the needs of the residents in conjunction with the Director of Nursing.
* Administer medication/treatments as prescribed.
* Receive, transcribe, and implement physician's orders.
* Implement and evaluate care plans.
* Identify/secures equipment supplies.
* Directs/oversees subordinates.
* Participates in duty assignments.
* Organizes/coordinates subordinates, job tasks, and time allotments.
* Oversees/monitors function and activities of subordinate staff.
* Evaluate staff performance and institutes appropriate action discipline/training.
* Monitor's infection control compliance.
* Investigates/documents accidents/incidents.
## Requirements
* Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
* Previous skilled nursing experience.
* Solid understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
