Job Description

Golub & Company LLC, a leading real estate development and management company, is seeking a highly skilled Resident Services Coordinator to support the management and leasing operations of its newly developed luxury residential property, BRYKS, in Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and vendors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Route incoming communications and answer correspondence as needed, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist with the move-in and move-out process, ensuring a smooth transition for residents.
  • Support the renewal process by preparing lease renewals and contacting residents to discuss renewal options, promoting resident retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement effective communication strategies, including the use of late notices, demand letters, and other means of collecting past due rental balances.
  • Work with third-party providers to maintain certificates of insurance, ensuring proper coverage for vendors and residents.
  • Coordinate resident events and send out communication to residents, fostering a sense of community and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, plus a minimum of 1 year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service.
  • Residential leasing experience, with a strong understanding of closing skills and the ability to drive results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi software programs, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
