Collaborate with Us to Revolutionize the Real Estate Industry

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to join our team at Collabra Technology, a pioneering company at the intersection of data analytics and automated digital marketing solutions for the real estate industry.

As a key member of our product, marketing, and customer success teams, you will design and implement innovative software solutions tailored to the real estate industry, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for our martech and adtech platforms.
  • Defining and driving the technical strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Leading the end-to-end architecture design, including APIs, data models, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Creating prototypes and proof of concepts to validate architectural decisions and showcase new technologies.
  • Collaborating with product managers, fellow engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals and user needs.
  • Establishing and enforcing engineering standards, best practices, and guidelines to maintain quality, reliability, and security.
  • Providing technical leadership, mentorship, and support to the engineering team members and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned professional with:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role in a SaaS environment, ideally within the PropTech or real estate sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud computing technologies (Microsoft preferred) and experience with modularization.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and cloud architectures.
  • Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), data warehousing, and data pipeline design.
  • Prior working experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD, infrastructure as code).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

We offer a competitive base salary of $125,000 to $155,000 per year, plus other financial incentives, including stock options. You will also enjoy generous paid vacation and holiday time-off, two paid days per calendar year to do volunteer work, and a comprehensive benefits package.
