Job Title: Senior Cloud Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a Senior Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions for our enterprise customers.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with some of the world's largest companies, helping them transform their business by leveraging the power of cloud computing. You will partner with our sales team to craft highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of AWS services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud-based solutions for enterprise customers
  • Partner with sales team to craft cloud architectures that meet customer needs
  • Provide architectural guidance and recommendations on running applications efficiently and reliably on AWS
  • Conduct one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers
  • Formulate and execute strategies to achieve business outcomes through the adoption of the AWS platform
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas, such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics
  • 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
  • 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries
  • 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience
  • Knowledge of SAP systems and experience working with end-user or developer communities
