About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at HCLTech, a leading technology company with a global presence. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our solutions and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Lead the development of proof-of-concepts and pilot projects to demonstrate solution viability.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to development teams to ensure solution quality and reliability.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for solution enhancements.
  • Conduct market research to assess business impact and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and reliability standards.
  • Develop and maintain quarterly business plans in alignment with sales and leadership teams.
  • Participate in regular planning and review sessions to ensure solution alignment with business objectives.

Requirements and Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in the Hi-Tech domain.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a strong understanding of Microsoft technology stack, Azure Cloud Platform, and .NET Framework.
  • Previous project management experience is advantageous.
  • Exposure to Azure Open AI technologies and sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and business acumen.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science is preferred.
