About the RoleWe are in search of a proactive and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee the functionality and performance of various locations within our organization.
This position demands a dynamic leader capable of driving process enhancements, managing transitions efficiently, and motivating teams to reach outstanding performance levels.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Team Development
Provide visionary leadership to Office Managers and staff across various locations.
Contribute to the formulation and execution of long-term strategic objectives for the organization, translating those strategies into actionable goals for your team.
Identify and nurture high-potential staff to prepare them for future leadership opportunities within the organization.Operational Oversight and Performance Management
Oversee and evaluate the daily operations of multiple locations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards.
This includes regular travel to various offices.Develop and implement standardized procedures and best practices to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Analyze key performance indicators to assess each location's performance, identify improvement areas, and devise strategies to enhance provider success and client satisfaction.
Report findings to relevant stakeholders.Project Leadership
Identify, lead, and manage initiatives aimed at expanding services, optimizing operations, and enhancing provider satisfaction and client care.
Develop project plans, establish timelines, and allocate resources effectively to ensure successful project outcomes.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet established objectives and deadlines.
Community Engagement
Design and implement community engagement strategies to strengthen the company's presence and reputation in the region.
Work with community organizations, local governments, and other stakeholders to identify and address community needs and foster partnerships.
Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and outreach programs to promote mental health awareness and services.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
5 or more years of experience in a leadership role with multi-location oversight is preferred.
Demonstrated success in managing multiple facilities or locations.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve objectives.
Experience in project management with the capability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, maintain timelines, and communicate effectively throughout various milestones.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Additional travel may be required.
