With 87 inviting guest rooms and 600 sq ft of flexible meeting space, our inn is a cozy retreat with a touch of Bishop's charm. Job SummaryThe Front Desk Supervisor provides guidance and leadership as the lead Front Office Clerk, ensuring consistent quality customer service is delivered. Key responsibilities include communicating effectively with staff and guests, monitoring lobby traffic, and making staffing adjustments accordingly. The Front Desk Supervisor will also greet guests with a friendly welcome, complete the registration process, and promote the Pyramid Hotel Group marketing program.

The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
- Ability to stand, walk, and continuously perform behind the front desk
The individual must have a high school diploma and some college preferred. No prior experience is required, but two years of combined front desk and supervisory experience is preferred. All employees must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
